Daya has years studying and teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Gentle, Beginners, Restorative, Kids and Private Yoga. She owned a yoga studio from 1999-2018 and has taught nineteen 200hr & a 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Programs. She held international Yoga Retreats in Hawaii and Mexico.
